Every day our product and engineering team is hard at work improving the Auxilius platform to better meet the needs of clinical trial sponsors. We're excited to ship a number of new features and enhancements as a part of our September product release. Below are some of the highlights.
Upload and review change orders into Auxilius faster than ever.
This September we are shipping a newly improved Change Order Autoload feature, further streamlining how change orders are uploaded into the Auxilius system. Fully self-service, Change Order Autoload automatically maps your change order, updates existing activity unit costs/amounts in Auxilius, and prompts new activities to add as needed — all in a few simple steps.
Two things we love about this: (1) Self-service and instant: upload, map, and confirm — your data is ready to use right away, on your timeline, and (2) Mappings are remembered: future months are just upload, review, and save.
More easily catch and review activities running over budget as a part of your close process, helping you catch errors faster and anticipate change orders.
Embedded in the vendor budgets step of the close checklist is a new skimmable Activities Over Budget table. This table itemizes every activity where Expense LTD including this month is over total budget: vendor contract, activity, category/hierarchy, Expense LTD incl. this month, current total budget, and the amount over – all put together in a simple, glanceable table. This, in addition to CloseIQ, are two ways we are helping sponsors quickly understand their numbers and identify outliers as a part of the close process.
Fine tune your expected enrollment mix at the country level for a more precise investigator forecast for patients that haven't enrolled yet.
While per patient costs have always been calculated at the country level for enrolled patients in the Investigator Forecast, now you can weigh country-level enrollment mix for patients that haven't enrolled yet as well. Now, you can customize how each region should calculate expected patients costs and specify the number of expected patients for each region to properly weight expected visit costs.
Don't wait for close to get your audit package.
In addition to audit packages that are made available after each close, now you can generate a draft of the you monthly audit package before you close. Now if you keep a month open for expected adjustments, you can still pull the package you need for close in the meantime.
