We help bring life-saving therapeutics to market cost-effectively

Biotechs are the driving force behind new therapies that will cure disease and transform quality of life, but a third of clinical trials fail for reasons unrelated to efficacy or safety.

We started Auxilius after hundreds of conversations with experienced Chief Science Officers and CFOs who learned the hard way that clinical R&D is about more than science. It's about managing operational complexity that can derail even the most promising science and capable teams.

We created Auxilius to fill the gap left by industry-agnostic tools and siloed clinical systems – solutions never designed for the realities of clinical finance. Auxilius pairs purpose-built software with a team of in-house experts to bring automation, accuracy, and audit-readiness to every budget, forecast, and close.

Senior Field Marketing Manager

Growth
Full-time
Remote

Note this is a fully-remote role, with a strong preference for Boston-based candidates.

A Note from the Hiring Manager (VP of Marketing)

Auxilius has grown by being deeply present in the life sciences community - through conferences, local events, and conversations that actually move the industry forward. Now we’re ready to scale that presence in a big way.

As our Senior Field Marketing Manager, you’ll own, improve, and scale the programs that put Auxilius on the map: Our three flagship conferences, webinar series, local events, and more. These programs have been critical to connecting us with customers and prospects and drive pipeline for our business, and we're looking for someone to own these key levers of growth, make them an integrated part of our marketing program, and take them to the next level.

You’ll work closely with an incredibly talented and kind group of individuals, including me, our sales team, and our co-marketing partners to plan and deliver high-quality experiences that convert, and bring best practices for virtual and in-person event promotion, engagement, and attribution. Not only that, but as our second marketing hire, you'll get to personally shape the overall strategy and trajectory of not just our marketing function, but business overall. In the age of AI, the B2B marketing landscape is evolving faster than ever. At Auxilius, we are committed to staying ahead of these trends, delivering impact as lean team far beyond what could have ever been achieved in the past.

If you love building, growing, and bringing new ideas to life, this role could be for you!

About Auxilius

Auxilius is a fast-growing Series A SaaS company helping biotech and pharmaceutical companies gain control and visibility over clinical trial budgets. Clinical trials are complex, costly, and often managed on spreadsheets that lack transparency. Our platform replaces manual processes with integrated budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools, helping teams make smarter decisions and accelerate critical research.

About the Role

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will lead Auxilius’s B2B field marketing engine, including flagship conferences, monthly webinar series, and regional field events.

This role combines strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. • Coordinate post-event follow-up and measurement
  • Plan and support local field events and intimate dinners across the country in partnership with the Sales team
  • Own the monthly webinar series end-to-end: develop topics, coordinate internal SMEs and external speakers, build promotional assets, and manage full-channel promotion (email, LinkedIn, paid, sales outreach)
  • Manage all event and webinar technology, including platforms, registration systems, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Capture and repurpose content from events to build brand awareness and trust

Own Other Pipeline Generating Program

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to devise, plan, and execute strategies and capture content to drive new business pipeline
  • Ensure all content aligns with audience needs, brand messaging, and pipeline generation goals

  • Track tactic-level performance and use insights to optimize future event strategy and prioritize high-impact activities
  • Identify and execute additional pipeline-building strategies and tactics beyond the core event calendar

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech, with a focus on field marketing, demand gen, or events/webinars
