Finally, real visibility into your investigator grants
Investigator costs are large, complex, and notoriously difficult to track. Harder still, the data needed to do it accurately is scattered across disconnected systems. Auxilius integrates disparate data sources, giving you a unified, real-time view of your investigator grants – with insights to drive better decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Auxilius Investigator Intelligence takes your own CTAs, EDC data, and protocol design to translate actual visits and procedures into real-time investigator expense - transaction by transaction. That same model powers investigator spend forecasting and investigator reconciliation to catch site over-,under-, and duplicate billing.
Auxilius receives enrollment and visit information from the study’s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. This data is used to update investigator cost estimates and project future patient visits.
Auxilius uses data from executed Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) at each individual site to determine visit and invoiceable costs. These contracts are typically provided after execution, and the system extracts detailed visit and invoiceable budget information to build the costs into the clinical model. CTAs are used as key inputs for forecasting, expense estimation, and reconciliation against payments reports.
When EDC data lags, Auxilius can predicts which patient visits should have occurred based on protocol schedules – so your cost estimates reflect what has most likely happened, not what’s been entered.
Auxilius estimates the total Investigator Expense by converting the EDC data into the $ per transaction using the cost data from the CTAs (visits and invoiceables). Auxilius compares the Investigator Expense to the payment details provided by the payments provider to reconcile the EDC-driven expense in Auxilius against the payments transaction in the Investigator Reconciliation page.
Yes! Auxilius's pro-forma payments service generates site-level invoices directly from your investigator transaction data so sponsors can pay sites directly with your own payments provider. That way, sites can be paid accurately and on time without waiting on your CRO.
