Where exactly does AI touch my numbers?
Only at the edges. Assist agents propose configuration before a calculation runs; IQ agents explain a calculation after it's finished. AI never generates, alters, or bypasses the calculation itself — that stays deterministic and rules-based.
If I run the same forecast twice, do I get the same answer?
Yes, always. Accruals, journal entries, and system-of-record accounting come from Auxilius's deterministic financial engine — rules-based, consistent, and auditable — regardless of which agents touched the setup or the narrative around it.
Does a human approve AI suggestions before they affect anything?
Yes. Every Assist agent's proposal is reviewed and approved before it's accepted, and data ingested with AI assistance passes a two-layer QA review, including an Auxilius business analyst. You're the final sign-off on everything.
What happens when Reconciliation IQ finds something that doesn't match?
It explains the exception — what didn't line up, and why — so you can make the judgment call. It doesn't decide the match for you, and it doesn't touch the underlying reconciliation logic, which runs on ordered, explainable rules.
Can we opt out of agent-assisted features?
Yes. AI-assisted features can be excluded where applicable, and all AI-assisted data remains subject to the same encryption, access controls, and SOC 2–governed monitoring as the rest of your data.
