Biotechs are the driving force behind new therapies that will cure disease and transform quality of life, but a third of clinical trials fail for reasons unrelated to efficacy or safety.
We started Auxilius after hundreds of conversations with experienced Chief Science Officers and CFOs who learned the hard way that clinical R&D is about more than science. It's about managing operational complexity that can derail even the most promising science and capable teams.
We created Auxilius to fill the gap left by industry-agnostic tools and siloed clinical systems – solutions never designed for the realities of clinical finance. Auxilius pairs purpose-built software with a team of in-house experts to bring automation, accuracy, and audit-readiness to every budget, forecast, and close.

Many of us can't tell a pipette from a petri dish, but we are passionate about driving efficiency in drug development. If you find meaning at the intersection of healthcare and technology, we'd love to meet you.
About Auxilius
Auxilius is a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company transforming how innovative biotechs operate. What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, success means clinical accounting workflows are clearly defined and consistently used, trial-level financial data is accurate and compliant, client issues are resolved quickly, and insights from clinical workflows are feeding directly into product and process improvements.
