About the Role
We are seeking our founding Director, Clinical Operations, reporting to our Head of Operations, to build, own and scale our most critical clinical processes, starting with out Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) ingestion process and related cross-functional workflows. This role is strategic, with both operational and cross-functional leadership responsibilities, influencing Product, Clinical, and Executive teams.
You will have full ownership and decision-making authority over CTA ingestion and other key clinical operational processes. Beyond execution, you will define clinical operational strategy, standardize workflows, implement metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in clinical trials or RWD who thrives in a startup environment, can navigate ambiguity, and enjoys building scalable processes that have a direct impact on our clients and product.
